Leon S. Adams is a Certified Executive Protection and Security Specialist providing Executive Security Risk Mitigation Consultation in the Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding metro areas. Mr. Adams has more than 25 years of combined Corporate Executive Security, Law Enforcement and Military experiences under his belt to include Security Risk Mitigation Consultation, Certified Instructor in several self defense implements, School Safety Consultant, Security Director for a Fortune 500 company, School Resource Officer for several Georgia middle and high Schools, Neighborhood Crime Prevention Specialist for high crime areas, Narcotics Investigations, Patrol Officer, Deputy Sheriff, Executive/Dignitary/Estate Protection and Loss Prevention Specialist. These combined experiences has given him a unique pool of information from which to draw from when instructing classes in personal protection. He has an extensive educational background directly related to the field of professional security services and personal protection and has conducted training courses for professional security practitioners both stateside and in the Caribbean.

Mr. Adams began his career in protective services in the U.S. Army serving with the 124th Military Intelligence Battalion. He had the opportunity to serve with that unit in combat during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm where he conducted security operations for the unit's Tactical Operations Center and during wartime conflicts Desert Shield and Desert Storm, conducted security patrols, provided convoy escorts for the battalion's movement to the North into Iraq, and provided battalion perimeter security . After leaving military duty Mr. Adams embarked on a law enforcement career that enabled him to work for 2 distinguished Georgia law enforcement agencies offering him the opportunity to serve in a wide variety of capacities. From patrol officer in one of Macon, Georgia's 6 high crime neighborhoods, to drug enforcement officer, Neighborhood Crime Prevention (perhaps the most rewarding of his law enforcement career), to Deputy Sheriff in Athens Georgia serving on the Sheriff's Honor Guard Unit, he continued to excel until making the decision to cross over into the civilian sector. Mr. Adams left law enforcement to embark on his dream of being in Professional Security Services and landed a supervisory  position as a security contractor working for the Department of the Navy at the U.S. Navy School in Athens Georgia. He was Field Supervisor responsible for providing Base security,   Maintaining Arms Room accountability and inventory, Maintaining manpower requirements per Department of the Navy and Base regulations, Conducting and participating in Base "Random Anti-Terrorist Maneuvers" (R.A.M.) exercises, and Assisting in training (Firearms, Navy Regulations, Policies and Procedures, UCMJ) to ensure his team was properly educated on the mission requirements. After spending some time there, the Department of the Navy decided to close the Navy School in Athens and Mr. Adams accepted a position as Security Director for one of the nations premier buyers and lenders on precious metals, high end jewelry, diamonds, and high value assets in Atlanta, GA. He served in that position for four years without a single loss event assuring the security and safe transportation of over 2.3 million dollars worth of high value assets  and providing Executive Protection for the company CEO. He currently provides Security Risk Consultation for that company under his ow brand as an independent contractor.
